Goal

Adapt a project's radioactive lifecycle into a 14-phase pipeline embedding the six Matt Pocock / AI Hero skills for deep discovery, domain-driven modeling, and quality-gated delivery.

Invariants

  • 01All 14 phases must execute in exact numerical order. No skipping.
  • 02Phase 1 ALWAYS executes the primary project skill FIRST before running /wayfinder.
  • 03Phase 2 grilling must wait for explicit user response; answers recorded in decision-log.md.
  • 04Phase 3 enforces UUIDv7 primary keys across all domain models.
  • 05Phase 7 requires explicit user spec approval at docs/tasks/task.<reference>.md.
  • 06Phase 10 specs must pass 100%.
  • 07Phase 12 fix loop must resolve all Blockers and High findings before completion.

Procedure

  1. Phase 1CLASSIFY & WAYFIND — Load project skill FIRST, then run /mattpocock/wayfinder for codebase orientation (wayfinder.md)
  2. Phase 2GRILLING — Run /mattpocock/grilling. Deep interrogation with trade-offs. Wait for user response. (decision-log.md)
  3. Phase 3DOMAIN MODELING — Run /mattpocock/domain-modeling. Aggregates, UUIDv7 keys, Mermaid state/ER diagrams. (domain-model.md)
  4. Phase 4TECHNICAL RESEARCH — Run /mattpocock/research. Spikes in scratch/, dependency & API investigation. (research-spike.md)
  5. Phase 5PROTOTYPE / SPIKE — Run /mattpocock/prototype if high-risk logic. (prototype-report.md, conditional)
  6. Phase 6UX DESIGN — Run /ui-ux-pro-max if UI is involved (conditional)
  7. Phase 7TO-SPEC — Run /mattpocock/to-spec. Synthesize evidence into docs/tasks/task.<reference>.md. Gate on user approval.
  8. Phase 8BLUEPRINT CONTRACT — Run /workflow-blueprint. Scaffold feature contract.
  9. Phase 9EXECUTE — Implement tasks sequentially with evidence-based edits
  10. Phase 10TESTS — Run project test suite. Write tests for all changed code. 100% pass.
  11. Phase 11REVIEW — Run /thermo-nuclear-code-quality-review. Severity-ranked findings.
  12. Phase 12FIX LOOP — Run /thermo-fix × maxFixAttempts. Resolve blockers + high findings.
  13. Phase 13BLUEPRINTS — Update project skills with discovered patterns
  14. Phase 14CHANGELOG — Run /changelog-generator. Customer-facing release notes.
